The streets inside the walls are narrow, several are pedestrianised with timed access, the Rows have properties at first-floor level reached by steps, and loading has to be arranged rather than assumed. As soon as you have a date, even provisional. Fridays and month-ends go first, and rural or gated properties want more notice because the vehicle and crew size are decided at survey.
Yes, and it is the reason we ask what time you need to be out. The county sits on the main north-south artery, which is an advantage on distance and a liability at the wrong hour. A long move from here is planned with a realistic first leg.
We do, built from the survey inventory. Since the UK left the EU a household move needs a proper packing list and the destination country's transfer-of-residence process, and each of the four differs.
